Ensure you have these documents

Completed College application form
Certified copy of the Learner's Unabridged Birth Certificate.
Certified copies of the Learner's two latest School Reports (if applicable) .
Certified copy of Immunization/ Road to health card.
Certified copies of the Learner's Parents / Guardians / Third Party’s Identity Documentation.
Fee statement from the Learner’s current school.
Psycho-educational Assessment report from the Psychologist (if available).
In order to confirm affordability and to facilitate the acceptance of this application, kindly attach copies of the last 3 months’ bank statements and salary slips of both Parents / Guardians / Third
Proof of payment of the application fee (R450)
